Cobalt Sulfide Electrode Materials for Lithium⁃Ion Batteries Applications

Lithium ⁃ion batteries (LIBs) have been widely utilized in portable electronic devices due to their high energy density, long cycle life, and convenience of use. The graphite of commercial LIBs cannot meet the new commercial demand due to the low theoretical specific capacity and poor safety. Cobalt sulfide has attracted wide attentions as anode materials due to its high specific capacity and good thermal stability. This review summarized the defects of cobalt sulfide compounds (CoS, CoS2, Co3S4, Co1-xS, Co9S8) and the research progress in their modification for LIBs electrode materials. And the perspective of cobalt sulfide electrode materials was also discussed.

Innovative Technology for Inherent Issues in Friction Stir Welding

Friction stir welding (FSW) involves temperature, mechanics, metallurgy, and their interactions, which has become a revolutionary green welding technique over the past two decades because of the low peak temperature, severe plastic deformation, and high⁃quality joint. In order to further broaden its application in manufacturing fields, it was necessary to break through the technical barriers of inherent issues. Based on the inherent issues of weld thinning, keyhole and defects quasi⁃equal strength repairing, back⁃supporting and high⁃quality welding of dissimilar materials (such as dissimilar metals and metals/polymers), this paper reviewed the development of FSW innovative technology, which had practical significance for improving joint forming, realizing high⁃reliability joining and expanding engineering application.

The Modification of Fe3O4@SiO2 by Silane Coupling Agent and Performance

Spherical Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles with good dispersibility (denoted as S1) were prepared by Stöber hydrolysis⁃polycondensation method, and the particle size was 300~430 nm.In order to investigate effect of carbon number in the organosilicone on 51 hydrophobicity and demusification of magnetic nanoparticles, the methyl triethoxysilane, n⁃hexyltriethoxysilane, n⁃dodecyltrimethoxysilane and n⁃octadecyltriethoxysilane were used to modify the surface of the S1 respectively, and the products were marked for S2—S5. The magnetic samples were characterized by electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X⁃ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). The static water contact angle of magnetic nanoparticles (θW) were 10.6º、42.6º、113.6º、128.0º and 148.3º for S1—S5 respectively, and the results indicated that the θW increased with carbon number in the silane coupling agent increasing. Besides, the hydrophobic coating amount on the S1 surface of S2—S5 were estimated to be 0.005, 0.087, 0.092 g/g and 0.087 g/g respectively. The samples can be applied to removal the oil from water surfaces. Four kinds of silicone⁃modified magnetic particles can remove the surface oil, the n⁃dodecyltrimethoxysilane modified magnetic particles have the best effect of removing oil.

Study of Thermal Stability Property of HITPERM Amorphous Alloys

The thin strips of Fe(Co)⁃Hf⁃B⁃Cu iron⁃based strip amorphous alloys were prepared by single⁃roller⁃quenching method. The amorphous structure was determined by XRD, Mössbauer spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The thermal stability of different samples was tested by differential scanning calorimetry. The results indicate the glassy structure of all the samples. Furthermore the results indicate that the thermal stability of amorphous alloys can be increased by faster cooling rate or adding pure B elements. And it can be also identified to improve the thermal stability of amorphous alloys that alloying components with the appropriate amount of Co.

Numerical Simulation of Hydrogen Sulfide Diffusion Rule

Once hydrogen sulfide is leaked and diffused, the consequences are unimaginable. In order to master the law of hydrogen sulfide diffusion, the diffusion law of hydrogen sulfide under the influence of source strength, wind speed and source height was numerical simulated by MATLAB and VC++ software. The simulation results show that at night, when the source strength increases, the downwind direction diffusion range increases under the leakage source, the hydrogen sulfide mass concentration gradient increases in the diffusion area, and when the source height increases, the maximum width of the downwind direction diffusion area under the leakage source becomes narrower and the area becomes smaller. During the daytime, when the sunlight intensity is low and the wind speed is greater than or equal to 4 m/s, the downwind direction diffusion range of the leakage source decreases as the wind speed increases, and the hydrogen sulfide mass concentration gradient decreases in the diffusion area. Increasing the source height and wind speed is beneficial to reducing the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide and the hazard. The research results can provide a basis for accident prevention and emergency rescue.

Optimization and Economic Evaluation of Buried Hot Oil Pipeline's Thermal Insulation Layer

The objective optimization function was set by the summary of the insulation materials' annual sharing cost and the annual heat losing cost after insulation and the calculating model of buried hot oil pipelines' insulation economical thickness was given. The model included the burying depth's influences on around pipelines ambient temperature, the heat transfer coefficient of the outer wall insulation, and the overall heat transfer coefficient. With the help of C# programming language, a computer program was developed to optimize the thickness of insulation layer of buried hot oil pipeline with EXCEL to work out economic evaluation procedures, combining with examples of calculation. The results showed that: The determination of buried hot oil pipeline insulation thickness would have some impact on the economic benefits of the project, and it should take the double requirements into account determining the thickness on both technology and economy. That could provide a theoretical reference to the hot oil transportation construction's optimizing design.

Numerical Study on Dynamic Leakage of Urban Overhead Natural Gas Pipeline

Aiming at the problem in dynamic leakage of urban overhead gas pipeline,considering the impact of different pressure levels on leakage and diffusion, high pressure (2.0 MPa), sub high pressure (1.0 MPa) and medium pressure (0.4 MPa) three kinds of pressure grade pipe to simulate were selected.Firstly, the leakage rate of the critical flow and the sub critical flow were calculated by using the leakage rate calculation mode.Secondly, the leakage rule of different pressure pipelines was obtained.The Fluent software was used to simulate the unsteady state leakage, and the risk range of natural gas diffusion was obtained.The results showed that if the pressure in the tube was greater,the quality of residual gas in pipe and the time of leaking was higher and the risk range of natural gas was lager when the volume of pipe and the diameter of leak were fixed.With the continuous leakage of non steady state, the leakage rate was getting smaller and smaller, the risk of natural gas was also getting smaller and smaller.

Construction of the Three Northeastern Provinces of Listed Company's Internal Control Evaluation System#br#

        Taking the three northeastern provinces in Shanghai and Shenzhen 112 listed companies as the sample, based on the level of internal controls to achieve objectives and by means of analytic hierarchy process, the internal control evaluation system was established quantitatively and the operation was tested by economic efficiency indicators. Compared with 112 listed companies internal control system and its analysis of economic indicators, the results showed that most companies which were of better quality internal control obtained economic efficiency. Therefore the internal control system established quantitatively by the main financial indicators was of a certain practicality and application value.

Correlation Analysis of Liaoning Province Urban and  Rural Residents’ Income and the Growth of GDP

Index data of Liaoning province from 1980 to 2012 in urban and rural resident per capita income and GDP growth was analyzed. From the overall and local angle and correlation coefficients correlation characteristics between the three were obtained, and further the autoregressive model of vector variables was established, and the impulse response function was used to investigate the dynamic relationship between the three. The research results showed that there was a close correlation between GDP growth and urban and rural income growth, but the trends did not synchronized|from the perspective of dynamic link between the three, GDP growth in Liaoning province had a clear role in promoting urban and rural income growth, however the income increase of urban and rural residents had no obvious role on GDP the growth. And the effective measures should be taken to narrow the gap between city and countryside, and strive to achieve synchronous growth of income and GDP.

The relationship between the financing structure and corporate performance was researched, taking the top 100 enterprises listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as research samples, based on the financial data analysis of 20102012. Through empirical studying it was found that debt financing and corporate performance was significantly negative relationship, and equity financing and corporate performance was significantly positive correlation, and positive correlation between corporate performance and endogenous financing.

Based on the data of biopharmaceutical companies listed on the main board of the Shenzhen and Shanghai in 20102012 year as a study sample, the corporate performance as the dependent variable, the shareholding structure as the independent variable, and R&D investment as an intermediary variables regression model was established. An empirical test was accomplished by software SPSS19.0. The results showed that R&D investment was of mediated effects between ownership structure and corporate performance.

Evaluation of Integrated Development Ability about Each Region of Our Country Based on Cluster Analysis

The cluster analysis method was used in this paper to analyze the comprehensive development ability of 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China by the means of integrated classification ,from the economic development ability, employment and wages, fiscal revenue, urban construction level, the development of science and technology level, education level and social security level seven aspects. The comprehensive development ability of each region was divided into four major categories based on the differences of resource allocation and the ways of implementing policies. The research results show that there were significant differences between one another ,this difference reflected the present situation of uncoordinated development based on integrated developing ability of each region of our country. Accordingly, the countermeasures and suggestions for the steady and rapid developing synchronously throughout the whole regions were put forward.

Screen Adsorbents of Removing Propanal from  HighPressure Polyethylene Return Gas

The experiment of screening agents of removing propanal has carried on. The experimental results showed that the removing rate of propanal by anion resin had reduced to less than 40% after adsorbing 120 minutes. And the removing rate of propanal by 3A molecular sieve had also reduced to less than 40% after adsorbing 200 minutes. But the removing rate of propanal by activate carbon still had about 60% after adsorbing 300 minutes. Propanal was removed more than 99% by sodium hydrogensulfite solution. The rate of removal propanal has been improved when increased the amount of 3A molecular sieve and activated carbon, which had a better absorbing effect for propanal. But the 3A molecular sieve had a smaller saturated adsorption. Meanwhile, activate carbon, which had a larger saturated adsorption for propanal, was choosed for the different feed gas flow rate and selectivity experiments. It was concluded that the removing rate of propanal was the highest in the feed gas flow of 30 mL/min and the lowest in the feed gas flow of 70 mL/min. And the ethylene adsorption rate of active carbon had reduced to less than 1% after adsorbing 40 minutes, what is more, the propanal removing rate of active carbon was nearly the same as the previous one.

Experimental Research and Analysis of ViscosityTemperature  Characteristics and Rheological Characteristics of Lengjia Heavy Oil

In order to provide basic data for optimization of the heavy oil conveying pipeline and research of its energy saving technology, the heavy oil viscositytemperature characteristics and the rheological characteristics were done for the experiment research. The heavy oil viscositytemperature equations and rheological equations were fit by Matlab software and the viscositytemperature curve and the rheologicaltemperature curve were drawn by Origin 8.0 software. The analysis results of fitting viscositytemperature curve and its data show that the relative error is smaller between the calculated value of apparent viscosity and the experimental value; the analysis results of the rheological characteristics show that LengJia heavy oil assumes the characteristics of the Newton fluid between 50 ℃ and 80 ℃; Inspection of the 2norm of error vector of the fitting curve indicates that the fit of the fitting curve with the actual situation is good.

The iterative formula of the cold layer economic thickness was deducted , and the formula can quickly and easily calculate the economic thickness of the layer of cold. This method is not only simple and easy to understand, but also greatly improve design efficiency and quality.

Impact of House Prices on the Level of Consumer

Cointegration model and error correction model were developed based on the economic theory of consumption. The relation between urban consumption level and prices of commercial property were inspected in Liaoning Province. The study results show that the urban consumption level is promoted by the prices of commercial property in the long run and the short-term effect is the inhibition of consumption level due to "squeeze effect". The government should safeguard the healthy development of estate market and promote the rapid stable growth of economic with Liaoning Province by the way of improving the individual disposable income and suppressing house price firmly.

Design of State Feedback Controller for Uncertain Switched Neutral Systems With Time-Varying Delays

It dealt with the controller design problem for switched neutral systems with two classes of uncertainties and time-varying delay in a range. Based on the average dwell time method, by choosing a piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, delay-range-dependent corresponding sufficient conditions of the feedback delayed controllers were derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, much less conservative results was obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed robust control scheme was demonstrated by simulation examples.

Feasibility Study of Bitumen Production From Vacuum Residue of Russian M100

The oxidation of vacuum residue of Russian fuel oil M100 was studied with self-made device for 10 h under the oxidation temperatures 225 and 250 ℃ with the ventilation capacity of 0.2 m3/(h•kg). The results show that three asphalt of oxidized samples can meet well with technical requirements of road asphalt (JTG F40-2004) for 130#C, the standard grade of asphalt and bitumen and 110#C grade standards. A modifier SBS was added with the weight ratio of 1% to 5%, and the MAW-1-type stabilizer was also added with the mass ratio of stabilizers to SBS 1∶(10~15). Two polymer modified bitumen were in line with the standard of the SBS class I-A in the technical requirements (JTG F40-2004).

Evaluation on the Fuel Oil M100 From Russia and Its Processing Scheme

The properties of fuel oil M100 from Russia were evaluated comprehensively in order to make a reasonable processing scheme for it. The results indicate that M100 resembled a kind of atmospheric oil residua of sulfuric intermediate base crude having a density of 0.936 0 g/cm 3 at 20 ℃, low solidifying point of 20 ℃, high sulfur content of 1.13%, low resin and asphaltene content of 21.4% and 0.4% respectively, high remnant of carbon of 5.35%. Based on the comprehensive evaluation and discussion of M100, three preliminary processing programs were drawn up: the fractions of diesel oil under atmospheric pressure with a low yield of 8.18% need be treated with hydroprocessing; vacuum fractions with a yield of 41.75% could satisfy the feedstocks requirements of fluid catalytic cracking and hydrocracking; and vacuum oil residua had a high yield of 50.07%, need further refining to be used as raw materials of asphalt production.

Dynamic Reliability-Based Robust Optimization Design for Mechanical Components

The variation rules of strength, load and reliability of mechanical components were studied with the change of time, and a model for dynamic reliability of mechanical components was established under the random load acting. According to the model, the design of dynamic reliability sensitivity was discussed as well as the approach to calculate dynamic reliability sensitivity was proposed, meanwhile, combining the theory of reliability-based optimization design with the method of sensitivity analysis, the computation model of dynamic reliability-based robust optimization design was established, then the problem of dynamic reliability-based robust optimization design of mechanical components is solved.

Page Information Extraction Based on the Structure of the HTML

Large amount of information on the Web is stored as HTML documents. Traditional web page data extraction method is to use Wrapper to collect data of interest. Wrapper need the knowledge acquisition of pattern recognition, which is a time and effort consuming work, and needs high intelligence. Based on the structure features of news web pages, and from the visual perspective, the web page's space structure was partitioned into noise and information entities. A method of extracting news web pages principal part was discussed, according to the hierarchical structure and node statistical information. The traditional DOM model was improved, and the hierarchy and style attribute to distinguishing the noise and principal parts were added。Some statistic information was added to the DOM node. By utilizing the special format of news headlines and time string, a method, which combines positive information extraction and negative noise reducing, to get structured data from news web pages was proposed and implemented. Experiments show that it is effective to use the method to extract the information of news.

According to the consumption status of rural residents in 2005, using SPSS15.0 statistics analysis software, an empirical analysis on consumption structure of rural residents of 31 regions was made by adopting factor analysis method and cluster analysis method of multiplex statistics analysis. The common factors affecting the consumption structure were investigated. The analysis results show that the support of national policies has a significant influence on consumption structure of rural residents.

Empirical of Mutual Relationship Between Capital Structure and Performance of Chinese IT Listed Companies

Taking 48 Chinese IT listed companies as samples, the mutual relationship between capital structure and performance was studied by using correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis methods. It indicates that asset-liability ratio is correlated evidently negatively with profit rate of assets and yield rate of net assets, and long term asset-liability ratio is correlated remarkably positively to profit rate of main business.

  Taking the listed companies in northeast of China as a sample , the principal components analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were carried out to study the relationships of market value and some indices namely economic value added (EVA)and traditional performance evaluation indices .The results show that EVA has lower relativity with market value than traditional performance evaluation indices , so EVA is not highly appreciated by Chinese enterprises , it is not possible for us to desert traditional performance evaluation indices and adopt EVA solely .

Macrokinetics Studying on Catalyic Sy nthesis of TAME by β Zeolite

    In order to produce environment - friendly new formulated gasoline to meet stricter requirement of environmental protection and to supply the data for the development of β zeolite catalyst and the design of reactor , the macrokinetics of TAME liquid -phase synthesis catalyzed by β zeolite was studied, where isoamylene was etherified with methano l.Two -compo nent modified β zeo lite molecular sieve(mass fraction of phosphorus is 1 % and mass fraction of molybdenum is 3%)was used as catalyst to synthesize TAME with methanol and isoamylene in the batch reactor without the effect of internal diffusion or external diffusion .The kinetic experimental data is obtained at the temperature range from 60 ℃ to 90 ℃ and the pressure 1.0MPa .According to Arrehenius equation and adopting the no nlinear fitting method to deal the experimental data , macrokinetic equation is obtained .The verification of the model shows that the macrokinetic equation of etherification of tert -olefins and kinetic parameters can well describe the process of the etherification reaction.
